Michael Murphy

CEO Michael Murphy has always had a competitive mindset. He played basketball throughout school and into college, an experience that helped shape his discipline, work ethic, and understanding of teamwork. After college, he joined the military and completed his first enlistment, where he further developed structure, resilience, and accountability.

When his enlistment ended, Michael moved to Los Angeles and spent time figuring out where he fit in the professional world. During that period, he worked a variety of jobs—including personal training, construction, and car sales—doing whatever it took to pay the bills while continuing to search for the right opportunity.

Through those experiences, he realized he didn’t just want a job—he wanted the opportunity to build something of his own and eventually run a company. After applying to numerous opportunities on Indeed, he came across the one that would set him on his current path. From that moment on, he made the decision that whatever it took to earn the opportunity to run his own company, he would commit fully to making it happen.

Today, Michael is 16 months into the business and currently leads a growing team of five

Michael believes one of his greatest strengths as a leader is his ability to genuinely connect with people and build trust. He understands that strong relationships are the foundation of strong teams.

He also believes that leadership is about investing in people and helping them grow. By pouring into his team and supporting them in reaching their goals, he creates an environment where individuals remain motivated and committed. Michael recognizes that when people stop growing, they often move on. As a leader, his goal is to build a culture where continuous development, improvement, and personal growth are the standard, pushing every team member toward their full potential.

Luis Jordan

Account Manager Luis Jordan is a results-driven sales leader known for building high-performing teams and delivering consistent growth. His leadership style is rooted in clear communication, accountability, and a strong focus on people development. He believes that when individuals are empowered, supported, and aligned with a shared vision, they perform at their best.

Luis brings a strategic mindset to sales, combining data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of customer needs. He prioritizes coaching and mentoring, helping team members sharpen their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. By fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement, he creates an environment where both people and performance thrive.

Brianna Del Rosario

Account Manager Brianna Del Rosario is a bilingual, Mexican-Ecuadorian, first-generation professional who brings intensity, discipline, and a results-driven mindset to everything she does. Raised in a large family, she developed the ability to connect quickly, build trust, and perform at a high level in team environments. Those early experiences helped shape her competitive edge and her commitment to consistently show up for the people around her while delivering strong results for her clients.

Brianna leads with a no-excuses mentality, driven by the belief that background does not determine success—work ethic and execution do. She sets the standard through action, holding both herself and her team accountable to grow, produce, and win every day. Inspired by those who built their success from the ground up, leadership is personal to her. It is about proving what is possible and ensuring that the people around her rise to that same standard.

Alandria Allen

Account Manager Alandria Allen is an Account Manager who brings a strong blend of technical expertise and client-focused strategy to her role. With a background that includes both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering, she has built a well-rounded career spanning telecommunications design, process engineering, and over five years in sales. She is known for her leadership, organization, and analytical approach, using data-driven insights to solve problems and deliver effective solutions for her clients. She takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring every client experience is both seamless and impactful.

Outside of work, Alandria is a passionate musician who finds her happy place playing her instruments and arranging music, bringing the same creativity and dedication to her craft as she does to her professional life.

Jacquelyn

Account Manager Jacquelyn is a high-performance sales and marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments. As a first-generation Mexican-American raised by immigrant parents, she has built her mindset around resilience, discipline, and the belief that success is earned through consistency and execution. Jacquelyn brings a confident, hands-on approach to leadership, setting clear expectations while creating a space where people feel motivated to elevate themselves. She is passionate about developing others, helping her team strengthen their skills, build self-belief, and step into leadership within their own roles. She values strong energy, high standards, and a culture where growth is intentional and wins are earned.

She leads with presence, purpose, and accountability. She does not just aim for results—she aims to create impact, build strong relationships, and leave people better than she found them. To her, leadership is about ownership, influence, and showing others what is possible when they fully commit to their goals.
